Our family is very happy with our fathers care from the nursing staff as needed the individualized attention to involve him in a variety of activities and guidance from the administrative staff re financial aspects during his transition to Heritage WOur family is very happy with our fathers care from the nursing staff as needed the individualized attention to involve him in a variety of activities and guidance from the administrative staff re financial aspects during his transition to Heritage Woods five months ago Downsizing to smaller accommodations is always an adjustment and he now seems content with the ease of his new lifestyle He looks forward to mealtime in the Dining Room as an opportunity to share common interests with others while eating As expected there was an adjustment period of a few months but he is now participating in activities that interest him He particularly enjoyed the Rockford Christian Fellowship Band playing at the facility and the outing to the Veterans Memorial Hall The activity opportunities are wonderful having a van provided by the facility is a big plus Thank you Heritage Woods staff for all you continue to do for the residentsmore ...hide ...
