Been here 2 years Avoid this place When we moved in they told us it was fully renovated and move in ready We had cabinet closet and bedroom doors either fall off or installed improperly Also the wood our balcony and most others is made of is rotting Been here 2 years Avoid this place When we moved in they told us it was fully renovated and move in ready We had cabinet closet and bedroom doors either fall off or installed improperly Also the wood our balcony and most others is made of is rotting and is at least 10 years old Its also important to add that the walls are very thin So if you have neighbors who argue like I did youll hear everything every time Parking is limited as well and they dont enforce any rules for parking Had 2 cars sit in front of our building without moving for at least 4 months So people have to take employee spots or basically find a safe space that their car wont be in the way I will say that the maintenance guys are nice people they are just overwhelmed by how terrible the apartments and people who manage them aremore ...hide ...
Just a reminder that some of your tenured tenants have been waiting literal YEARS to get basic maintenance issues fixed while you run around fixing empty apartments

The management are very kind and getting maitenance is fast. The rent is very high though for the very old buildings.They also do a terrible job at maintaining their parking standards. There are so many people who have guests over and instead of having them park in the guest parking, they allow friends and family to just park in the closest parking spots and they will sit there all day, sometimes even a few days in a row!! So if you are one of the unfortunate people who are handicapped or have to carry equipment/groceries often, good luck parking close.Unbelievable. Why even pay for a parking sticker when Cunat staff dont even maintain their standards?more ...hide ...
