The property manager is remarkable, just like anybody else who collects payments, she will collaborate with you as long as you keep up communication. Maintenance is a cinch! The property manager is remarkable, just like anybody else who collects payments, she will collaborate with you as long as you keep up communication. Maintenance is a cinch! The maintenance man resides on the property! He is on top of things during the day and during the night someone is on call. They are very efficient when it comes to notifying you about entering your building/unit. Regular maintenance (hallways, entryways, and landscaping/snow removal) is mostly regular, so there is no notification for the general maintenance since it is pretty standard. The towing company is rigid and not understanding about towing your vehicle, even if it is a taxi, and the property manager will caution you extensively to make sure that you don't get towed. The bottom level apartments are mainly subterranean, it is plain common sense that these apartments wouldn't heat as productively as the second or third floor units, but you don't pay extra for heat, gas or garbage, so there is truly no space to grumble about that. The lone utility I am required to pay here is electricity. Since the heat is steam and the stove is gas, that's a very good deal. My utility room is next door, not in the same building as my apartment, but much, much closer than any laundromat.
