Before I moved in, I asked for a register of repairs to be done and Maintenance did them right away, including changing my screen door with a fresh one that had a lock, and giving me new blinds that were not harmed. When my refrigerator was not working, they brought a fresh one the following day while I was at work. There is an interior in-ground pool as well as a pleasant park for kids. The apartment was nice and roomy, with a sizable kitchen, and a dishwasher. It was quite spotless with fresh carpeting and fresh paint. My balcony opened up to a private grassy area. They permitted me to bring my cat for a pet deposit. My only grievances were the appalling tenants living above me who kept arguing and yelling. They kept their pooch on the balcony and it kept peeing on my patio furniture. Fortunately, they got evicted eventually, thank goodness! My other complaint is that there are not enough signs to inform your visitors that it is private parking and to utilize visitor parking. I had a friend who parked in the wrong spot for just a few minutes and they promptly towed her car. We rushed outside right as they were connecting her car, but they denied releasing it without money. Seemed a bit peculiar. Nevertheless, when I moved out, not just did I receive my security deposit back, I even earned interest.more ...hide ...
