Resident care is definitely not at the top of their priority list Parking is nightmare and management is extraordinarily rude Great maintenance staff though They are good people

Great place to live close to downtown but out of the way enough to relax Lovely neighbors and excellent staff My only wish would be a better recycling program but the trash service is prompt and friendly

I have lived at the Retreat for a year now and I am constantly struck by how great it is to be here Today Im working from home which means opening the windows and looking out on the mountains walking over to the clubhouse for free coffee and a warm c I have lived at the Retreat for a year now and I am constantly struck by how great it is to be here Today Im working from home which means opening the windows and looking out on the mountains walking over to the clubhouse for free coffee and a warm chocolate chip cookie and dipping my feet in the pool The staff is sweet as can be and the neighbors are great Just last week they threw a party in the clubhouse for residents that consisted of an incredible dinner beer and wine live music by the pool and a great view as the sun set over downtown I often walk to shows at the Orange Peel or to yoga classes We resigned our lease months early because we love this place so much I would definitely recommend moving here if you get the chance more ... hide ...
