Living here used to be enjoyable until the new property manager arrived. She allows tenants to bass their home theater systems any time of the day or night regardless of the disturbances it causes for the neighbors. There is no justice here when it comes to tenants rights. The authorities cant do their job because the property manager refuses (or is just too lazy) to do hers.
