I had been trying to get in touch with the lady at the office all throughout February, March and the beginning of April 2021 but she never picked up my calls. Finally, I got a response on April 21st, Wednesday. Finally, I got a response on April 21st, Wednesday. After reading reviews about this place, it was clear that this was a recurring issue - it seems like no one ever picks up her phone! To give her a heads-up that we were planning to come in early March, my husband walked into the office to apply; however she told him he had to call and set an appointment and gave him an attitude while telling him to leave. There wasn't even any sign indicating that you need an appointment first! Nonetheless despite calling more than 40 times she kept ignoring me. When I eventually got through on call she informed me that they're booked for Wednesday and asked us to come back Thursday as apparently appointments are taken Tuesday-Thursday; however I refused as I didn't want to wait anymore for her unresponsiveness. On arriving at the office we were made to wait for 10 minutes; she mentioned that her eyes hurt too much which is why she doesn't want anyone coming over but if your eyes are hurting so much then maybe you should quit your job as dealing with people is part of it after all! Me and my husband moved in sometime of 2015 The manager at that time was very sweet She helped us get the apartment of our dreams Ill be honest when she left it went downhill they went through so many different managers it was unreal Ill tell you tha Me and my husband moved in sometime of 2015 The manager at that time was very sweet She helped us get the apartment of our dreams Ill be honest when she left it went downhill they went through so many different managers it was unreal Ill tell you that this is the worst pace to rent from due to the manager being very rude and so disrespectful she threw a black woman out of her apartment that was two bedroom because she had grandchildren that come and stayed with her on the weekends the manager at that time of 2016 was very unprofessional she tried to make it look like your life didnt matter at all when you needed extra money because you were regnant you had to find another way because she wouldnt help you out she also likes to take people to court too for supposedly you not paying rent the apartments are gorgeous but so not worth living in unless you wnt to deal with the cops coming in there every night and dealing with druggies walking to get drugs at night s well more ... hide ...
