I had been trying to get in touch with the lady at the office all throughout February, March and the beginning of April 2021 but she never picked up my calls. Finally, I got a response on April 21st, Wednesday. After reading reviews about this place,I had been trying to get in touch with the lady at the office all throughout February, March and the beginning of April 2021 but she never picked up my calls. Finally, I got a response on April 21st, Wednesday. After reading reviews about this place, it was clear that this was a recurring issue - it seems like no one ever picks up her phone! To give her a heads-up that we were planning to come in early March, my husband walked into the office to apply; however she told him he had to call and set an appointment and gave him an attitude while telling him to leave. There wasn't even any sign indicating that you need an appointment first! Nonetheless despite calling more than 40 times she kept ignoring me. When I eventually got through on call she informed me that they're booked for Wednesday and asked us to come back Thursday as apparently appointments are taken Tuesday-Thursday; however I refused as I didn't want to wait anymore for her unresponsiveness. On arriving at the office we were made to wait for 10 minutes; she mentioned that her eyes hurt too much which is why she doesn't want anyone coming over but if your eyes are hurting so much then maybe you should quit your job as dealing with people is part of it after all! My moms apartment in Morganton is not designed this way. And is not no wheres this nice.
