I cannot give Cedar Hill Apartments even one star. My mother and I lived there, and I would not suggest it to anyone. It was truly a nightmare. My fiancé, friend, and myself were prohibited from entering the building simply because we were helping my disabled mother to move. Darcy, the on-site manager, refused to speak with us when we had a question. She would not even open the door, simply staring at us until we left. Amber Payne, the regional manager, was also incredibly disrespectful. People can file a complaint against other tenants and immediately receive a write up or a thirty day notice to vacate, regardless of the truth. The rules are absurd. Elderly and disabled people should not have to live in a place that is so uncaring. In my opinion, Cedar Hill Apartments should not be in operation because there are other facilities that show more consideration. more ... hide ...
