I have been living here since February and the apartment itself is acceptable for a first-time renter; the area is peaceful. However, during heavy rainfalls, the parking lot floods and one side of the gate is perpetually broken. When I moved in, Rachel and another girl were the managers and they were very pleasant. Requests were taken care of promptly and phone calls were answered. After that, new management arrived. In April, I visited the office several times to request the pest control which I pay for on a monthly basis. Initially, the front desk personnel suggested I was lying until I informed him that I have cameras in my residence. He said he would get someone to come over right away, but it is now July and no one has come. I had to take care of it myself. Furthermore, part of my sink came off and I requested a repair two weeks ago but have not heard anything. My rent has gone up by around $20 each month with additional charges. The apartment portal is of low quality and doesn't show the fees once the rent has been paid. In conclusion, I would highly advise looking for alternative accommodation if you can.
