I called the office and they stated that I need to call the WODA group for an explanation why my application was denied after a year waiting to hear from them. When it comes to your yearly recertification, its always a hassle because youre either informed last minute and required to do things on their time verses what works best for your schedule. Nobody barely answers the phone in the office, you have to actually walk over there to speak with someone. Nothing is ever done about noise complaints!
