I like living here The staff is very accommodating and friendly The maintenance team is amazing Anytime I would have an issue it would be fixed that day I love the location and feel safe as well

I was promised a new sink as part of the lease, yet I've still seen nothing. The damaged items from when I first moved in are still not fixed. Neither the staff nor I care. There is mold in my apartment and they try to blame me, but it is growing in the wall and they refuse to acknowledge that. It ruined my dresser, yet they do not bother to replace it and they even suggested that I pay $700 to get it cleaned. Unbelievable. The garbage is only collected every three weeks, and the apartments should be upgraded for the cost, something I have been requesting for two years and still have not seen any changes. As for parking, if you are paying $1800 for rent and you have to walk two miles to get home because the parking is already full, good luck. Please make this your last option. Trust me, once my lease is up, we are out of here and I will never return. more ... hide ...

As a new member to this community I want to say Victoria is amazing She remained professional and helped me through the entire application process Im super excited to spend the next 12 months of my life here
