Initially, I asked for a new fridge because it kept turning on and off; however, it took a few weeks for them to replace it even though it still turned on occasionally. I was frustrated but thought the situation didn't merit a one-star review. Subsequently, I put in a maintenance request to fix my air conditioner four weeks ago (4/14). Three weeks later they cancelled my request without notifying me so I requested again while inquiring why they had done so in the first place. On 4/26 they told me that due to being sixth on their list of repairs, fixing my air conditioner would not be done until 5/1. A technician eventually showed up 55 days after my initial request (6/2) and promised completion by 6/4; however, he left after I expressed how unreasonable waiting 40+ days for a second request was in a polite yet firm manner. To add insult to injury no one came on 6/4 when I called the office only to find out that the technician "claimed" he had contacted me with his personal phone which wasn't relayed back to the office resulting in them informing me of an earliest day of repair being 6/8 - nearly two months after initial submission! If they can't even replace an AC unit after multiple requests made over such long periods living here is highly not recommended!more ...hide ...

I love the office staff and the grounds are kept clean and most of the time it is a very quiet complex The garbage truck comes very early though and it is infuriating how loud it is It is not only awful because it wakes you up but it is an unnerving I love the office staff and the grounds are kept clean and most of the time it is a very quiet complex The garbage truck comes very early though and it is infuriating how loud it is It is not only awful because it wakes you up but it is an unnerving intrusive sound on top of that Even with your windows closed it sounds like war is in the parking lot I cannot stand it If they came just a couple of hours later no problem Also kids who live here tend to go around in a pack and it is cool they are friends and neighbors but often times they congregate right by the windows yelling at the top of their lungs It can be frustrating esp when you cant hear your own Television and there is a nice playground area with room to play There is no need for them to be playing in the one way streets in and out of the complex or parked under other peoples windows not being respectful of other people living there But other than those two things it is really nice living here Maintenance is fast and nicemore ...hide ...
