There are numerous positives associated with this residential area, like the tranquil, safe, and welcoming atmosphere; kept up property and machines; quick and proficient snow evacuation; tenant-accommodating offices (e.g., two washing rooms and delivery-to-the-door administrations); effective handling of occupants support solicitations (e.g., Mike and other upkeep staff); and advantageous area (5-minute drive to the throughway and Route 32; less than 10-minute drive to the downtown and Kingston Plaza; and less than 15-minute drive to the Hudson Valley Plaza). Especially, I am appreciative for all that the landowner, Eileen, has done to make me feel invited and included. I got in touch with Eileen a year ago via telephone. As I didn't have the chance to visit the property before settling on the renting decision, I posed a few inquiries to Eileen, both on the telephone and through email. She answered all my inquiries serenely and in an itemized way. To help me to have a superior comprehension of this property and network, Eileen even sent me pictures concerning the inside and outside plans of the condos. I have been living here for the past 5 years My apartment is bright and spacious with wood floors and my neighbors are very friendly The agent Eileen and the custodians Mike and Tom are courteous and friendly and always greet me with a smile on the I have been living here for the past 5 years My apartment is bright and spacious with wood floors and my neighbors are very friendly The agent Eileen and the custodians Mike and Tom are courteous and friendly and always greet me with a smile on their faces If I ever need repairs done which is VERY RARELY in the apartment they are done in the same day or asapdepending on what needs to be done My bathroom needed work done and the work was completed in less than a week No one on the staff enters the apartment without permission which shows respect for ones personal property Finally the snow is removed within a reasonable amount of time I am very happy here and you can be too Come and see for yourself more ... hide ...
