When I first moved to Riverbend a few years ago, it was a wonderful neighborhood. In the past six months, however, it has been a living nightmare so bad I considered paying the penalty to break my lease. In the past six months, however, it has been a living nightmare so bad I considered paying the penalty to break my lease. What had once been a tidy and peaceful community has become a wild and filthy place where no rules are obeyed or enforced. My neighbor's dog barks incessantly, day and night, directly beneath my bedroom window, making it impossible to rest. I have complained to management multiple times, but nothing has been done. Cars park in the walkway and part of my drive all the time because people are too lazy to park in the visitors' spots. Furthermore, trash cans are left out long after they have been emptied. I have stepped in dog droppings multiple times because people don't clean up after their pets. There is also the hazard of almost being hit head-on, as one half of the speed bump to enter the neighborhood is missing. To top it all off, I have to pay rent that is above market value for an apartment made of the cheapest possible materials (all my kitchen cabinets are peeling) and where I can hear every word my neighbors say. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Riverbend Apartments. The management team is very friendly and always takes care of any maintenance issues that arise. The maintenance staff is also very diligent in keeping the property looking nice.Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Riverbend Apartments. I never had any issues with noise and found the apartment to be very spacious. My only complaint was that I had to move because I bought a home. We are now in our 5th year here and loving it The apartment is large and airy and equipped with all essentials and more I wait so patiently for the summer to enjoy the pool and our friends in Riverbend Marie the manager is such a friendly and helpfulWe are now in our 5th year here and loving it The apartment is large and airy and equipped with all essentials and more I wait so patiently for the summer to enjoy the pool and our friends in Riverbend Marie the manager is such a friendly and helpful person She throw several parties a year for us and goes all out to make sure it was successful I feel very safe here and private I love having a garage which holds lots of storage and still fits one of our cars in it Several renters complain because they dont want to put their car in the garage and use the visitors spots which make it hard for company but thats the rules when you rent and have no complaint with it Sometimes we call to have things fixed or addressed and have to wait until major issues are attended to People become impatient and complain we also need to realize that good things come to those who wait Riverbend and the management have been the best apt complex we have ever lived in Wouldnt go anywhere elsemore ...hide ...
