I am delighted to say that the managers and employees have always been willing to listen to My parents have been living at Hudson Pointe Apartments for over 13 years, so I have often had to contact the office for assistance or to express any worries. I am delighted to say that the managers and employees have always been willing to listen to me and take care of the issues quickly. On several occasions, when my parents had problems, the staff were kind enough to help during the emergency. There were also several meals held in the community room, and the staff remembered my parents' restrictions, so they brought them plates of food. I am grateful that there is always someone looking out for my elderly parents when I'm not able to be there, which gives me peace of mind.
