The bathroom is HUGE with new toilet, ceramic tile floor, a full size tub and nice big vanity/sink. The neighbors said the maintenance guys spent a month getting it ready. My rent includes heat and hot water plus maintenance and snow removal which are a huge savings every month... The complex is quiet with off street parking and my neighbors are real nice...
