Hello im 17 years old that lives with my mom this place is absolutely DISGUSTING There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone to fix all these issues that include mold big holes in drywall broken doors non secured doors to building NO secur Hello im 17 years old that lives with my mom this place is absolutely DISGUSTING There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone to fix all these issues that include mold big holes in drywall broken doors non secured doors to building NO security systems no pool which is included in rent and my room get so incredibly hot in the summer its uncomfortable to sleep in and the carpet is gross when they say they replaced carpet before moving in my moms car got vandalized and stolen These people did nothing at all You are not even able to view your apartment before moving in you just pick up your keys and get what you get and now they are stating you can move in without any type of deposit there are always cops here and the staff do not respond because they do not care they dont pay their taxes at all and they will ignore you if you have any complaints This place is just gross the buildings do not get cleaned and are filthy im sick of living here i do not feel safe at all living here more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 3 years and Im 15 years old this place has just gotten nastier over the years There is absolutely no maintenance that comes to fix anything and it has been months since anythings been fixed I have personally called about mold a I have lived here for 3 years and Im 15 years old this place has just gotten nastier over the years There is absolutely no maintenance that comes to fix anything and it has been months since anythings been fixed I have personally called about mold and broken doors and they have done nothing Every door to enter the building has an issue closing and locking We have no security cameras and the one we do have is broken and has been for a very long time It smells so horrible throughout the whole building there is trash all over the carpets in the halls My air conditioning doesnt work and nobody will come fix that either One of our bed rooms gets extremely hot in the summer Over all I WOULD NEVER recommend coming to these apartment the managers dont care how anyone lives here and you will never be happy 010 more ... hide ...

Our car got stolen from the parking lot and there was a roach infestation They found an apartment with 1000s of them that spread to other apartments like ours We had to leave as fast as possible

Had a lot of Mouse issues and tons of bug issues that they dont fix or tell you to put mouse traps out Im the apartment had a lot of bug problems spiders and all that never went away then one morning woke up to alot of flys in my appartment Called th Had a lot of Mouse issues and tons of bug issues that they dont fix or tell you to put mouse traps out Im the apartment had a lot of bug problems spiders and all that never went away then one morning woke up to alot of flys in my appartment Called the office they didnt do nothing about it besides saying oh nothing they can do basically figure it out on my own If you get apt 310 there a lot of mouse pallets under the oven that was there before I moved in if they havent cleaned it up yet you still might have mouse issues If I find my photos Ill upload them but never againnnEdit to response no that wasnt the reason so dont try to cover it up They apartment complex didnt barley fix anything and would leave you to fix everything more ... hide ...
