She complained of a rash several weeks before this, but then couldnt find a reason. Didnt even THINK to take a closer look at her bed and bathroom area. Management was called on the weekend and NO ONE has responded at all. Called today, Monday, and no one is in the office and no one has called me back. Was told by other tenants that the exterminator has been there all week and that there was a case on the 4th floor. I talked to her neighbor and he showed me bites on his arms.
