Hi I039m very interested in this apartment I have an emergency section 8 housing voucher for up to 2 bedroom apartment up to 1300 or so It is out of an office in Saratoga NY but if I find a place that accepts me and agrees to participate with the pr Hi I039m very interested in this apartment I have an emergency section 8 housing voucher for up to 2 bedroom apartment up to 1300 or so It is out of an office in Saratoga NY but if I find a place that accepts me and agrees to participate with the program the Department of Housing and Urban Development out of New York State will pay the landlordproperty owner directly monthly for the balance that remains after I pay you 30 of my income Which is 500 a month right now Self employment It includes the full security deposit as well I am currently located in upstate NY staying with a friend until I secure an apartment down there If you don039t mind accommodating it would be great if we could do most everything remotely until the end and time to move in and sign the lease It039s just me and my 5 year old son I don039t smoke cigarettes drink party drugs or get into trouble I have mainly lived with family most of my life so I don039t have any prior landlord references But I039d be happy to provide you with personal and professional references upon request I just want a safe affordable sustainable home for me and my boy If you have a property available that would be a good fit please let me know I can come down there within **phone#**hidden** hours when it039s time But I can039t go back and forth or fly down until I have a definite apartment to go to Thanks more ... hide ...
