This location is a major disappointment. The rent is outrageous for the dismal quality of the apartments. The tennis and basketball courts are in such disrepair that they are unusable. The dog park is just dirt and is not maintained. Our toilet produ This location is a major disappointment. The rent is outrageous for the dismal quality of the apartments. Our toilet produced mold and upon move out, the apartment complex blamed us for not cleaning and charged an exorbitant amount. It appears this is a common occurrence, judging by other reviews. We could never get in touch with the office by phone or email. You'd be better off spending the same amount or less on a $400,000 house. The carpet was cheap, the walls were dull and the balcony floor paint peeled off after a few months. The bedroom window was painted shut, then eventually pried open, only to be broken and maintenance never came to replace the part they supposedly ordered. Overall this is a nice place to live but the club houseoffice are often closed during business hours and the pool has been closed for repair for 1 month 2 weeks and counting during June and July I would consider this a big amenity that you pay to rec Overall this is a nice place to live but the club houseoffice are often closed during business hours and the pool has been closed for repair for 1 month 2 weeks and counting during June and July I would consider this a big amenity that you pay to receive living in Florida The cost to live here is fairly high so amenities should be functional within a timely manner Without amenities individuals would be better off renting a house The hallway areas outside of the front doors also need to be cleaned Everyone who works here is always really nice and seem to be working very hard so I think this may be an owner problembeing understaffed to save money issue more than anything Not sure how to get in touch with them so hopefully they see this I know many other residents that have complained about the office being closed extended pool closure and dirty hallways as well more ... hide ...

Even though we had some bumps in getting into the apartment due to issues beyond anyones control the entire staff took great care of us My son LOVES it here Quiet gorgeous safe area for my family
