This was highly inconsiderate of them, considering the effort I had exerted while job hunting. A refund was offered, but they refused to reserve the unit until March as recompense for their blunder. Had I not already moved in, I'm glad I'm not going to now. Corporate was a joke; the number I dialed connected me to an accountant who was completely lost. When I talked to the wrong regional manager, there was no number for Tammy, who apparently calls the shots. The best solution they had was to upsell me a bigger unit and not waive the price difference. Terrible customer service; the fault was clearly theirs, but they took no accountability... I was also informed that they had recently acquired new management. The apartments may be nice, but you can't trust the leasing office. They are friendly but understaffed, it appears that this is their least priority. I have a feeling they will receive more negative reviews. Hopefully they make amends, but I doubt they will even pay mind to this. Save your money and look elsewhere, folks. more ... hide ...
