Hopefully, people will stay away from these apartments. They had trouble with the water company concerning leaking in our apartment. The front door was broken and they supposedly tried to fix it by putting a block of wood, but it still did not close properly. The management was impolite and unhelpful. They promised to assist with difficulties, but it took weeks to see any result or if anything was done at all. The rent portal was overcharging when we had agreed to an amount of $1800, but the payment was over $2000 at the start of each month. We were paying for services that were never provided. The apartments were full of cockroaches and pest control was appalling. They only visited once every 5 months and then only sprayed in a single area. They discussed renovating the apartments, but the only alteration I saw throughout my lease was the pool chairs. The management was unprofessional and poorly organized. They changed the management twice during our lease. The one person in the office that was kind and supportive was Ms. Sharon. Other than her, the management was terrible; DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE!!more ...hide ...
