I lived here for a full year and honestly its one of the best apartments Ive lived in The whole complex is really well cared for the manager and maintenance folks are amazing you get a lot of bangforyourbuck apartment wise any sort of maintenance req I lived here for a full year and honestly its one of the best apartments Ive lived in The whole complex is really well cared for the manager and maintenance folks are amazing you get a lot of bangforyourbuck apartment wise any sort of maintenance requests are taken care of ASAP and they are really accommodating to military folks Honestly I could go on but its safe to say that this place is really really goodnnThere are a few minor negatives that I will list just incase any are deal breakers for future renters but I need to emphasize that these are very minor and didnt bother me much apartments dont come with microwaves the appliances are older and you have to make all your payments by checkcash no online portalnnAgain though I really do think theres no better place to live in Milton The only way Id rent somewhere else is if you needed to be closer to Pensacola downtown and even then Id consider the commute Easily 55 stars more ... hide ...

Best place to stay in Milton Best apartment management and staff I have ever experienced Liz and Chris are exceptional to say the least
