Ive been living here since April 2021 and i can say i havent had the best experience here To start off there are no maintenance people that work here its hard to get in touch with the leasing office when there is a problem in the apartment Ive went tIve been living here since April 2021 and i can say i havent had the best experience here To start off there are no maintenance people that work here its hard to get in touch with the leasing office when there is a problem in the apartment Ive went through plenty of calls and emails and messages through the resident portal and my issues have not been resolved Ive had leaks through my ceiling at least about 6 times sheet rock falling from the ceiling in the kitchen bathroom and also bedroom my air conditioner has broke 3 times and no one has came fixed it i have open Sheetrock in the ceiling mold and water damage where it continues to spread i am not happy about this living arrangement and no one seems to care They claim they have bigger issues which is understandable some of the apartments were torn apart during the hurricane i just dont seem to understand why Im continuing to have leaks when they say the check everything and everything looks fine Very disappointed in 1st lakemore ...hide ...
