Ive been living here since April 2021 and i can say i havent had the best experience here To start off there are no maintenance people that work here its hard to get in touch with the leasing office when there is a problem in the apartment Ive went t Ive been living here since April 2021 and i can say i havent had the best experience here To start off there are no maintenance people that work here its hard to get in touch with the leasing office when there is a problem in the apartment Ive went through plenty of calls and emails and messages through the resident portal and my issues have not been resolved Ive had leaks through my ceiling at least about 6 times sheet rock falling from the ceiling in the kitchen bathroom and also bedroom my air conditioner has broke 3 times and no one has came fixed it i have open Sheetrock in the ceiling mold and water damage where it continues to spread i am not happy about this living arrangement and no one seems to care They claim they have bigger issues which is understandable some of the apartments were torn apart during the hurricane i just dont seem to understand why Im continuing to have leaks when they say the check everything and everything looks fine Very disappointed in 1st lake more ... hide ...

1st lake is the worst place to live Roof leaks whenever theres a storm Things break easily and maintenance doesnt fix anything After hurricane Ida they withheld information of how they tore down the walls when I was away after evacuation for a month 1st lake is the worst place to live Roof leaks whenever theres a storm Things break easily and maintenance doesnt fix anything After hurricane Ida they withheld information of how they tore down the walls when I was away after evacuation for a month I called them and asked about the apartment they said everything is fine Since I came back I had to live somewhere else Since they wouldnt fix the walls I had not lived in here for two months and they wouldnt return my rent or deposit They only have 3 workers fixing the whole creeks community And they said if you stay they cannot tell you when they will start the repair work Its just their way to tell people to get out of here so they can raise the rent I have called their supervisor Randell LHoste multiple times and he was never available One secretary said he was out all day The other one said he was in the meeting or on his phone They hung up on me when they knew whos calling Dont waste your time or money with them They will make sure they get all the money from you more ... hide ...

The Willow Creek rental team is absolutely amazing and as helpful as can be

Sarah in the rental office was very helpful and personable The apartment was clean and didnt need and major maintenance right off Move in was easy Looking forward to my time at this property
