We occupy a two bedroom and two and a half bathroom townhouse. Since then, my daughter has progressed from the fifth grade to almost being a sophomore in the local high school. Apart from occasional disturbances from noisy neighbors, we have always felt secure living here. We often take a stroll in the evenings to the nearby housing development across the street. Having a car helps with getting around, as the buses may not always take you to where you need to go. The Deptford Mall and nearby restaurants are accessible and Philadelphia is a mere 20 to 30 minute drive away. The maintenance man, Rich, has been here ever since we came and he is very accommodating and tries to resolve minor issues without delay. In light of recent events, Tanyard Oaks has been very understanding in accommodating us financially. I am not sure how much longer we will remain here, but it has been a nice place for us to call home.more ...hide ...
This is one of the nicest communities I have been to I have been on the waiting list for 2 years waiting for a 1 bedroom apartment I hope I am able to move in soon

I have seen one of the twins and it is quite pleasant. It features a two-person standing only full kitchen, a hallway with a guest bathroom, and a large closet. The living room is of a mid-size, accommodating up to eight people comfortably, and there is a staircase leading to three well-designed, spacious bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a hallway. It is across from Rowan University but not near any stores or shopping districts, unless you have access to a car, in which case you will be eleven minutes from the mall and five from the Wawa. The complex has a groundskeeper and a handyman, if needed, and someone in charge of the front office during working hours (9-5). All-in-all, it looks quite nice.more ...hide ...
