Although there were positives and negatives: the door staff (Marty is fantastic!), mail room cleanliness, quietness, location, etc., there were some cons. The fire exits near the parking lot by the pool are disgusting; it's embarrassing to have this be my guests' first impression of my home. The walls are covered in black marks that make it look like a Camden City parking garage instead of an entryway. The garbage room had an unbearable stench during summertime that seeped into my apartment as well, plus trash was often left in stairwells for days before being cleaned up. Furthermore, the laundry is located in the basement which is inconvenient because you have to get up at 5am to snag a washing machine or dryer - not enough machines for everyone who needs them - plus you have to pay extra! Hallways consistently smell like cigarette smoke due to lack of ventilation while bathrooms' walls start peeling from hot water. Lastly, parking is horrible; if I arrived after 10pm at night without any designated spot waiting for me I had two options: park behind the pool or across at a nearby park - both locations are not well lit and can be dangerous late at night as woman living alone! Even though this place served its purpose initially, I'm ready for something cleaner and more mature nowmore ...hide ...

The leasing office is managed by a receptionist who is incredibly rude and does not care about the tenants. 2. It's nearly impossible to get anything fixed; most things are broken and it can take weeks for repairs such as a shower, air conditioner, or refrigerator. 3. There is a back entrance to the building that has no garbage cans and "management" gives out keys that take 10 minutes to open the door. 4. The elevator is almost always out of service. 5. Rules are suddenly changed (we have a small EMOTIONAL support animal) and we are not allowed to go through the front door, instead being forced to go to the back entrance which is connected to the same elevators as the front. 6. We were informed that we must hold our animal every time we use the elevator, which was not previously stated, only after people complained about the dog, yet we are still allowed to have it. 7. The OWNERS of the building started yelling at us for having an emotional support animal, even though it's allowed??? CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE THIS PLACE. Go rent an apartment at 202 park next door for a more humane environment.more ...hide ...
