This place is dreadful. The paint they use chips off easily, even when using command strips. In winter, it is almost impossible to keep the warm air inside since the windows are so aged. Depending on your location, you can hear everything. For example, living near the highway, you can hear cars honking their horns as drivers try to merge. Parking is even worse; the back area tends to flood, hence why no one parks there. The maintenance guy is also horrible; he's rude and speaks to people disrespectfully. There's much more to it, so if you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Additionally, you are not allowed to use your security deposit to pay rent, yet when you leave, they will try to take it if you are behind on rent. It doesn't make sense, it's like they're saying "Do as I say, not as I do". There are many more issues around here.more ...hide ...
