Michael, the manager, appears to be completely incompetent for the job. I have reached out to the corporate office for answers. I have been living here for two years and recently signed up for a third year, which was a huge mistake. Today I was told I owed $27 for some unexplained prorate charges despite my on-time payments and bills. Furthermore, the lease agreement I signed states my rent is $1102, but the manager said it is $1098 - which is it? He also mentioned my rent next month could be different due to prorate fees and that beginning January 1 all rent must be paid electronically or set up on auto pay to avoid extra fees. I will not be signing up for a fourth year here and come July, they will receive my notice. I strongly suggest avoiding this place and finding another rental. more ... hide ...

The grounds and buildings are cleaned well when snow and ice happen Mowing and trimming are good Insides are being remodeled in between tenants Quiet community mostly A few message board entries indicate maybe not as quiet for everyone

Beautiful townhomes close to everything I need The neighborhood is great the staff is wonderful and the pool is awesome in the summer
