Been here two years and Ive had an overall positive experience The buildings are old so there are some old building problems Ive encountered like the need for numerous repairs ants and box elder bugs during the spring Id suggest investing in your own Been here two years and Ive had an overall positive experience The buildings are old so there are some old building problems Ive encountered like the need for numerous repairs ants and box elder bugs during the spring Id suggest investing in your own pest control to come out and spray for ants Never had a roach issue The only major drawback is that only the living room has an AC vent During most of the year this is fine but from June through August the bedroom gets too hot I recommend investing in a window AC unit for the bedrooms Otherwise the neighbors are very kind the neighborhood is quiet maintenence responds very quickly and the front office ladies Melissa and Lena are very personable and kind more ... hide ...

I wanted to share my experience for those looking to move here as well as for the owners to see a positive review I appreciate the constant upkeep that the office doesnnThe repaved the streets and they did it without inconveniencing us they are redoi I wanted to share my experience for those looking to move here as well as for the owners to see a positive review I appreciate the constant upkeep that the office doesnnThe repaved the streets and they did it without inconveniencing us they are redoing the gutters I swear the maintenance man never takes a day off I see him out there on Saturdays fixing things up The manager Lena will walk around and pick stuff up I saw her out there on a weekend redoing the garden bed in front of the sign When the grass gets dry Lena will water the grass and its just nice to see someone who cares Melissa is the office lady and she is literally so sweet she talks to you like you guys have known each other for years very down to earthnI also appreciate the masks that Lena put on our doornThank you guys for everything your work doesnt go unnoticed more ... hide ...
