Been here for 10 plus years and keeps getting worse with the management Now that maintenance and other staff have been caught on peoples ring doorbells not doing their jobs properly they are now prohibited to have their pest control open your door sp Been here for 10 plus years and keeps getting worse with the management Now that maintenance and other staff have been caught on peoples ring doorbells not doing their jobs properly they are now prohibited to have their pest control open your door spray in side of door then leave maintenance puts a note on door saying they have completed work when they havent our ring community has put up video of this and now all ring doorbell are prohibited they say nothing can be placed on outside of building so lets see during holidays how many wreaths or other decorations are on outside of people door and nothing will be said its ok to have vehicles vandalized and packages stolen but not ok to catch staff not doing their job run run run more ... hide ...

Carlton Arms has been a really wonderful place to live I am so impressed with Carlton arms of north Lakeland Its extremely affordable everyone is so nice and helpful The maintenance is always there for you always quick and listens to you The pool vie Carlton Arms has been a really wonderful place to live I am so impressed with Carlton arms of north Lakeland Its extremely affordable everyone is so nice and helpful The maintenance is always there for you always quick and listens to you The pool view on the lake is so beautiful and nice My husband and I loved living here Its spacious and they have 2 pools tennis courts basketball court dog park gym laundry place car washing area You just cant beat it They have done an amazing job at keeping this place up and not run down The workers care about everything They go above and beyond for holidays and calendar events and every month you get this little pamphlet full of information and extra stuff Its noticeable that they care Everyone I have ever talked to says they loved living here more ... hide ...
