	PHOENIX PLACE APARTMENTS (4/5) (864) 227 - 6091 1401 PHOENIX STREET, GREENWOOD, SC 29646 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted utilities included: water, sewer, trash pickup built 1977 (approx.) parking type off street parking in front of entrance no additional parking comments open parking. e Lyndia Belcher (3.1/5) They are remodeling right now. But they have no order. No help. And no consideration for their Tennants.
