2022-05-22T02:52:24ZIf I could give zero stars I would My family moved into these apartments in 2017 After management and ownership changing 3 times since then the most recent owner decided they were going to kick all current residents out so they can renovate these OL If I could give zero stars I would My family moved into these apartments in 2017 After management and ownership changing 3 times since then the most recent owner decided they were going to kick all current residents out so they can renovate these OLD apartments plant some peach trees and raise the rent 500 On top of that being blindsided by a 30day notice to get out through no fault of our own we were given a RIDICULOUS bill with all kinds of charges for things that were wrong with our apartment when we moved in in 2017 None of the new management companies did walk throughs or ever had anyone on site So how can this company come in and claim WE caused these damages An example was being charged for damaged door frame because the people previous to us had installed chain locks The new owners are rude unprofessional and honestly just evil for putting so many people out when finding a rental is near impossible right now These apartments are NOT worth the 1200 they are now asking and Id beware dealing with this company more ...

Nice and clean apartment complex..no distrubing nearby neighbors,or rowdy music and crowds. Everyone keeps to there selfs. Its very quiet and peaceful here. Just wish the playground was a bit bigger for kids to play on a
