My unit had a warped bathroom door that could not be closed during the summer season and I was told it was due to humidity and swelling but they would not fix it. HVAC systems were not serviced regularly which would result in multiple units having no cold air for several days each spring. buildings look nice but you can hear every stop from the unit beside and above. Landlord would not let guest park near office and always wanted to know if there was guest in a unit. (lease clearly stated guest could stay 14 consecutive days.)more ...hide ...
