I dont understand the bad reviews for this place I suppose everyone has a different experience or doesnt read their lease completely This apartment was outstanding and I couldnt have asked for a better place to reside in East TN The staff was always I dont understand the bad reviews for this place I suppose everyone has a different experience or doesnt read their lease completely This apartment was outstanding and I couldnt have asked for a better place to reside in East TN The staff was always very professional and very friendly They were very understanding and flexible when I gave notice that we had to move for a military change of station As far as the apartment itself It was a bit expensive but my Fianc and I worked hard to pay our bills We were never concerned about making rent every month just work hard and if you dont like the price dont sign the leasennIt was one of the nicest apartments I have rented There was plenty of room to be comfortable and move around in We loved itnnThank you Overlook for providing a great place more ... hide ...
