Lived here for 8 years and never had a late payment kept the apartment clean no complaints and no damage Rent rasied 15000 No updates no up keeps The laundry room floor is water logged and black mold on the wallsjust take your laundry some where else Lived here for 8 years and never had a late payment kept the apartment clean no complaints and no damage Rent rasied 15000 No updates no up keeps The laundry room floor is water logged and black mold on the wallsjust take your laundry some where else to do So if this is how they do a faithful renter imagine how you will be treated these are not condos dont be snow balled Little history on the place they were built to house employees working at the 1982 worlds Fair shortly thereafter this place was known as The Hood in the Woods until recently it was piss poor paint jobs cheap carpet and minimal repairs Four apartments have new furnaces installed backwards now they got some new paint flooring and some cosmetic work and wham bam thankyou mam their condos if if all 13 apartments had two vehicles there would not be sufficient parking RIP Home Sweet Home more ... hide ...
