My daughter moved here 6 months ago From the looks of the front entrance you would think this is a really nice place and its OK but the staffmanagement is TRASH from day one of showing the apartment there were roaches after she moved in it took them My daughter moved here 6 months ago From the looks of the front entrance you would think this is a really nice place and its OK but the staffmanagement is TRASH from day one of showing the apartment there were roaches after she moved in it took them 4 months to send pest control when they charge her a pest control fee every month I had to go a buy her some stuff to control the roaches because it was like she moved in to their apt One of the bedrooms has a closet door and its legally not a bedroom if it doesnt have a bedroom door and they keep saying they are coming to replace it but 6 months later its still there also the fridge has been broken since day 1 the rubber is coming off and the ice maker doesnt work its leaking she has to keep a bowl in it to keep the water off the floor again they said they were coming to fix it but its still there The blinds are falling apart also something they said they would come fix and never did I cant wait for her lease to be up so she can get out of this roach motelmore ...hide ...

Staff is very patient and understanding They always communicate and make sure you have your needs I just moved to Grove Point 2 months ago and it has been a breeze Apartments are well kept and clean during movie in Overall satisfied with my stay
