I am a current resident using a different namenConsidering the price it is not too terrible However there is definitely maintenance that needs to be taken care of around the property Streets need to be repaved as they are in terrible condition Buildi I am a current resident using a different namenConsidering the price it is not too terrible However there is definitely maintenance that needs to be taken care of around the property Streets need to be repaved as they are in terrible condition Buildings themselves need to be repainted for example one side of my door is painted white while the other side isnt painted at all As well as paint peeling in some areas around the apartment Landscaping definitely needs a touch up as well These seem like small things but it definitely makes a difference in the overall appearance and actually make your residents feel like you care Right now it gives a kind of raggedy feel and like you do not care about the condition your residents live in more ... hide ...
