We have tried to call multiple times on some days, but we do not manage to get through. We have tried to call multiple times on some days, but we do not manage to get through. Thus, when we are at home and can go there personally, that is what we do. Though one time a maintenance technician refused to come out and fix our air conditioner (AC) on a Sunday since he was far away and he claimed it had never been that hot before when the AC was turned on. Fortunately, after going in person to escalate the situation it was resolved. However, when the same issue arose Monday evening with the same tech and nobody there to escalate it again he did not show up; I left a voicemail for them afterwards but they never acknowledged it or responded to my email either. The location here is great as well as schools; apartments look nice too after remodelling them. But fixing maintenance emergencies such as our AC going out in summertime - which can be very dangerous due to young children at home who can quickly become distressed from heat - is simply a nightmare without assistance from the office staff who remain unresponsive despite attempts of communication from us. more ...
