I lived there for 2 years office and maintenance staff are great Nice access to some trails for walking my dog Very affordable apartment with wood flooring Nice neighborhood and a short walk to downtown Toms River

My ex of 17 years decided he no lonher wanted to be with me a couple of months ago I depended on him for everything financially Ivr never worked just took care of our 2 kids and the house duties I had no access to the account if I needed money for so My ex of 17 years decided he no lonher wanted to be with me a couple of months ago I depended on him for everything financially Ivr never worked just took care of our 2 kids and the house duties I had no access to the account if I needed money for something I had to ask him for it I never knew what was available Right before he left I found out he hadnt paid our rent in 10 months and that we were about to be evicted He and our 14 year old son left and my 12 year old daughter and I stayed We were supposed to vacate by sept 1 but the landlord didn039t execute the warrant then but I just received the letter informing me he has motioned for it to go through and court is Nov 4 I was just approved for tanf and snap last month and I can receive rental assistance for up to 1158 a month for my daughter and myself but rental assistance requires that I obtain the CO and rental agreement if not an actual lease from the anticipated landlord I start the required workfirst program that goes with tanf on nov 11 Ive been trying to find a place since the end of August for 1558 or less that isnt a winter rental with no luck Please if you can help have a 2 bedroom available call text email me I039m so worried more ... hide ...
