The apartmentstownhomes are really nice theyre in a nice area The staff is even friendly however my application process has been horrible I called in on 05182022 to see if they were leasing and i was told that they were for July August I then askedThe apartmentstownhomes are really nice theyre in a nice area The staff is even friendly however my application process has been horrible I called in on 05182022 to see if they were leasing and i was told that they were for July August I then asked if i could come in to fill out an application i was told that i could So i went to pick up an application went home to complete it retrieve necessary documentssocial check stubs and the 21 money order for the application fee I then went back by the office to drop everything off with Mrs Joyce was told that it would take 35 business days for processing Okay cool 35 business days go by i never hear anything back So i decided to call them on the 6th day to check on the status of my application The woman who answered told me that she didnt see an application for me in the system that theyd be switching over to online applications soon anyway So another 2 days go by i call back because clearly i knew that there had been a mistake The woman who answered still says I dont see an application in our system for you at all At that point i had waited too late in the day to go by there so i decided to go the next morning I get to their office the next morning with my 21 money order receipt in hand hoping someone would be able to help me I show them the receipt for the money order try to help the woman who had taken my application the money order and made copies of my ID Social remember me of course she said that she didnt remember me The only thing they offered was to send me a link to my email for the online application once it came available as far as the lost money order shed have to figure out to how to waive the application fee Id definitely still love to stay here i just dont know where to go from this pointmore ...hide ...
