This has been the worst apartment I have ever rented. I moved into one unit and it was not clean; I had to clean the oven, clear out the dishwasher, sweep, etc. But then, while I was sleeping, a roach crawled across me! I was then shifted to another unit in an alternate building, but it too had roaches. I would not recommend this place if you want to be able to have visitors without being embarrassed of the size of the roaches. The new unit was also untidy. Three people had signed off that it was ready to move in to, but I got two that were not. The carpet does not even cover the floor properly; there is paint on the floor and carpet. You may come home to large roaches in the sink or dead ones on the carpet. These apartments have the potential to be wonderful, but it takes the proper management to make them so. I feel uncomfortable unpacking or getting furniture because I don't want roaches in it that I will have to throw out when I leave. I was told it would take two months rent and a $300 fee to break my lease or I would be obligated to live in a dirty place.more ...hide ...
