Kids are unsupervised, running wild at all hours. Dog feces is everywhere and never cleaned. The exterior looks nice, yet the interior is full of mold and any repair takes days or weeks to be done. Our apartment flooded from the unit above us and there was mold in our walls! They informed us that we'd have to remain for one more week until our lease expired, refusing to let us switch to another unit. We told them we had a child, yet they were unwilling to do anything and tried to charge us with bogus information regarding our lease, in an attempt to get more money. It was maddening! And nothing will get resolved if you go to Shaye with your issues. Eventually we found out that we didn't owe anything, although they had falsely claimed we owed over $1,000. I have been living at Pevely Pointe for 5 years now The apartments are wonderfully maintained Any time I have had any issues mostly as simple as a broken toilet handle or needing my furnace filter replaced they have been resolved within 24 hours TherI have been living at Pevely Pointe for 5 years now The apartments are wonderfully maintained Any time I have had any issues mostly as simple as a broken toilet handle or needing my furnace filter replaced they have been resolved within 24 hours There are a lot of kids and the reality is kids are noisy So if you are looking for quite and serene this may not be the place for you I tend to keep to myself and many of the tenants in my building have been there as long as myself if not longer All are polite and considerate The amenities are great as well Pool workout room laundrymore ...hide ...

You gave me a new check and the bank still processed your unsigned check even though they informed me they wouldn't. As soon as I discovered that had taken place, I phoned you. That was an unlucky mistake and I'm truly sorry it occurred. As for the carpet, I don't assess carpeting. An external carpet cleaning firm comes in and tells me the carpet's state and whether they can clean it or if I need to replace it. If the carpet could have been cleaned, the cleaning company would prefer to make money from cleaning it instead of saying it needs replaced. Yes, your apartment was spotless and there were no cleaning fees on your account. I apologize if you weren't pleased with the results.
