Used to be a great place to live, until recently. Approximately 1 year ago, management changed and since then it has gone down hill. Management was told about the mice outside the buildings as well as the clusters of German Cockroaches that infest some rooms. When advised of these situations, I was told to \"leave them alone\". Several more complaints have been issued about water leaking, which could cause mold in the future, as well as the outside grounds having mice running around. There are also fleas to a point you cannot sit outside. These issues have also been sent to Jacksonville Housing Authority for further review.more ...hide ...
