I would give 0 starts MOLDY AND ROACHES EVERYWHERE The management office is super hard to get a hold of they are very unorganized and rude I moved out a year ago and theyre still calling about my apartment

I live here for three yrs and had troubled with getting maintaines out but what got to me was the move out charges 12000 for carpet cleaning for carpet thats going to be replaced anyway I cleaned it myself also and still no deposit back

This place have its ups and downs just like any other complex , but my experience has been well. Ms Karen in the office is amazing and I€™ve grown to like Samantha. Maintenance is changing but seemed pretty consistent last few months. You can€™t beat the pricing for these apartments that comes with two bathrooms and is very spacious. Like up to 2 months to fix a simple problem.Office people don€™t give you full info. They tricked me with my renewal lease agreement , office people lied to me .Holes in between apartments, ceiling paint is peeling , poorly painted walls ,mold , roaches and ants in the buildings . Pool has been closed for a few years . After I saw a mouse in the apartment I started my moving out process but all they keep telling me I have to give 60 days notice . It€™s unbelievable! The unit consider not habitable at this point .Unless you ( new tenant) want to deal with liberty crossing mess then welcome to this mess !more ...hide ...
