I resided in Stone Gate for a little over a year and it was undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. The management switched twice while I was living there and it became increasingly worse with each shift. The management switched twice while I was living there and it became increasingly worse with each shift. Patricia was impolite in every encounter I had with her. The facilities were not in the best condition and were frequently extremely unpleasant. For instance, a bunch of kids had a good time and pelted the corridor I lived in with eggs, and I'm not mad at the kids for being kids, rather, I am mad at the management for taking WEEKS to rectify the issue. The "car wash" was dysfunctional for 10 out of the 12 months I lived there. The gym was closed during my entire stay, even when all the neighboring complexes had opened their gyms. The pool was inadequately maintained and was shut down for 9 out of the 11 months I resided there. The community area located at the back of the complex was always full of litter and was repugnant. The community grills were corroded and about to collapse. All the picnic tables were ruined and appalling. The grass was dead and ghastly for the majority of my time there. The apartments appear roomy and pleasant in the beginning, but in actuality, as you live in them, you realize how shoddy the construction and upkeep is.
