This location is a big sham. To begin with, the parking is a joke. What is the point of having numbered parking if nobody is going to park in the designated spots? My neighbor frequently brings his friends over to park in our spot or any spot they choose, and then they stand in the lot fiddling with their cars and playing loud music. Is it really that hard to take one parking spot? I can't really blame them as the numbers are faded and they did some "asphalt work" at the front office to make it appear nice, but all the other areas have huge cracks. As for the office staff, they are the worst I've ever come across. The old manager was pleasant and listened to us, but the current one couldn't be bothered. That woman who sometimes just randomly sits at a desk in the hallway is even worse, very rude and always has an attitude. She blames everyone but the office for the problems. They also want to charge us a "lease violation fee" for trash. Do they have people there to watch us and then fine us for something that isn't even listed in the lease? If they have that much free time, why did it take them two weeks to address my maintenance request? more ... hide ...

The management at Chason Ridge is a complete joke They will tell you one thing and then the corporate will do the exact opposite All they want is your money They charge for pest control but the reality is that we had to fight the roaches on our own A The management at Chason Ridge is a complete joke They will tell you one thing and then the corporate will do the exact opposite All they want is your money They charge for pest control but the reality is that we had to fight the roaches on our own A lot of tenants dont bother to put their trash in the dumpsters so it is really nice to walk by them Same goes for dog owners nobody seems to care When we brought this up to the management they asked for evidence Really Theres evidence all over the grass areas I dont recommend this place to anyone Looking forward to that unable to locate you in our system reply more ... hide ...
