It has been between eighty-five and ninety degrees this week, and it is expected to reach almost one hundred this weekend. I have emailed and called the leasing office numerous times, and nobody responded until Wednesday when my mother went to the leasing office for me. She got the corporate number and I left a voicemail but still nobody has answered or returned my call. They put a window unit in my living room, which only cools one room, and will eventually increase my electricity bill because I can't turn it off or we will be in our unit sweating with our seven-month-old. Furthermore, the so-called "gated community" has not been gated since the middle of 2021. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying here. I called the leasing office and they said their manager had not been in the office and they had to wait for her to return before ordering the piece needed for my A/C unit, with no estimated arrival date. This is an emergency and is not being treated as such. Save your money!more ...hide ...
