I am already very dissatisfied with this place. I have emailed them via their portal as well as the addresses given in their messages, asking questions and voicing my worries, but no one has responded. This isn't a great start. Update: It's even worse. When I moved in, the apartment was unbelievably unclean. There were ants everywhere, food remnants behind the desk, and a huge grease stain on the wall. Plus, there was a huge pile of bird droppings on the balcony. The walls and floors of the balcony were also very nasty and had three wasp nests. They said they don't take care of wasp nests, so if you're allergic to bees and wasps, this is not a place to live as it's a common issue here. The number of ants is unbelievable. So far, they seem to have gone, but it remains to be seen. The hose for my dryer was not even connected, and the area behind the washer/dryer was quite filthy. The floor is full of spider webs. I've only been here a short while. It looks like they didn't bother to inspect the apartment before putting anyone in here. more ... hide ...

I have had the opportunity to witness how management and its team operates from a visitors perspective and all I can say is I look forward to making Pointe my new home in August Even though you all were busy at work I was able to observe you in actio I have had the opportunity to witness how management and its team operates from a visitors perspective and all I can say is I look forward to making Pointe my new home in August Even though you all were busy at work I was able to observe you in action working hard to get the apartments ready for the new leasing term I even experienced an awesome interaction as I was helping a friend move when one of your team members took time late at night to come and assist with moving a large piece of furniture she wouldnt be able to move herself He did so swiftly professionally and with ease even set it up for her in her new location If thats not customer service I dont what is No one on your team was arguing but happy and very busy Your hard work will pay off and the work environment you are creating for your staff is priceless Keep up the good work and I look forward to joining the community soon more ... hide ...
