I wouldnt recommend anyone stay at Kent Place We were good tenants passed every inspection and were only late on rent once We proceeded to pay our late rent plus the late fee Our landlord kept our money order for a ENTIRE week then proceeded to file I wouldnt recommend anyone stay at Kent Place We were good tenants passed every inspection and were only late on rent once We proceeded to pay our late rent plus the late fee Our landlord kept our money order for a ENTIRE week then proceeded to file for eviction and claims she couldnt take partial payment But she held onto our money order for a whole week We payed our late rent and they evicted us for a 126 court fee We called the courts and the magistrate said we didnt have any court fees on file for them Our landlord got mad and told us If youre gonna go over our head and call you can just move The maintenance man out here goes and tells confidential information to other tenants I will be goingto try and sue ASAPmore ...hide ...

I love living here. It is the best place I have lived in for quite a long time. There are no worries about security. There need to be more places like this around here.
