A gray sedan has been parked in the complex with its gas lid open for almost two months, and nothing has been done about it. Additionally, a tenant with a personalized burgundy Honda tag parks his car at the complex adjacent to his building, and he walks across the entrance to get to and from it, suggesting that the cameras are merely for show. This is a family-run business, and all they want is rent. The only positive is that they send a courtesy text to remind you to make a payment. Currently, tenants can't park in front of their buildings due to guests, other tenants from another building, and an abandoned vehicle. The burgundy only parks at the building because others have done so, even when there is room in the lot. Today, two non-tenants have parked next to the abandoned car, and actual tenants have to park in the overflow across the parking lot. The complex is aware, and they even said they would send a reminder, but they don't care! In their eyes, all the tenants are low-budget. Cars zoom around with loud music all hours of the night.
