I would highly recommend NOT renting from this apartment complex. It may look presentable from the outside, however it is not worth the price due to all of the issues. The locks on the doors are broken and I've had to deal with a water back up for over 30 days that wasn't caused by me but by covering of drainage pipes in my building. What's worse is that my son's medical issue was not taken into consideration at all. Upper management (Regional Property Manager) has been unhelpful, disrespectful and downright condescending to a resident who pays rent to stay there - an issue that could have been easily resolved has now escalated into something terrible. I wouldn't give them any stars if I could! more ... hide ...

My husband and I moved in last year and have nothing but problems from the start our second bathroom didnt work and when we finally got someone to come out and fix it it only worked for a couple weeks and its broken again The second thing is we are c My husband and I moved in last year and have nothing but problems from the start our second bathroom didnt work and when we finally got someone to come out and fix it it only worked for a couple weeks and its broken again The second thing is we are constantly having water leak into our second bedroom which weve had someone come look at it three separate times and the issue still isnt fixed and now they dont have an emergency maintenance number for us to call so we are just going to have sitting water in our carpet till someone decides to come out And dont even get me started on glue this place smells our upstairs neighbors smoke and the smoke comes down into our apartment and not to the mention the fire they started that we had to put out that almost burned down the whole apartment building To say the least dont rent here cause you are only going to have issues and they dont care enough to fix them more ... hide ...

Apartments are really nice and affordable cleanthat tree needs to be cut down coming into the property just over the little bridge though Overall convenient location and beautiful scenery
